Great pickup - one simply can't go wrong with a base Pam, especially when well executed.

Only thing DSN on this is the base dial and hands. Think the case as well but thats it.

I have been the rep world a few years now and have yet to pull the trigger on a panerai. I have never held one in my hands, Seeing pics like this is making ever close to pulling the trigger!

I love the base pams

I have the same pam but with a L SWISS L dial and OP6520 D0021/1200 caseback ( that Babola made DSN to make ?)

LOL...ha, ha, it was more like a suggestion :-) V1 and V3 10D versions were a flop while the one with V2 dial ended up being a success.

I have to say that if the dial, hands, case and case back are DSN I would have to say it is a DSN. Wherever the parts come from it looks great. Wear that one well. I haven't had a base in a long time but I may have to reconsider.

hmm...arguments can be made there cause the essence of a PAM is the lume, crown and CG, the three main "tells" people check out on, and on all three, none of them are DSN based

its a pseudo-DSN then

your 002 looks really good, especially the CG. DSN pam are getting better - did David upgrade hiis case set? There is one thing that bugs me -- the lug dimple the rep case has (except for EL & Jimmy Fu case). Ias far as I know DSN is the only one that constants wants to improve their products.

some current pam models even has a very high strap cut out
