daniel8888
Hi there! I recently bought a Breitling Navitimer from JOshua, u can see it at this Post, http://www.replica-watches-guide.com/forum...?showtopic=7464 First i didnt know how to wind a Automatic Watch,... i know im a noob if it comes to Watches lol! But after reading some guides etc i tried winding it CLOCKWISE without unscrewing the crown. when u pull it 1 time, it will adjust the Date, second Pull is the Time. So my Question is: i didnt pull the crown out, just winding clockwise like 20 - 30 times! is this right? Because, the Asian 7750 movement inside has STOPPED completely, no matter how hard i shake it or wind!!! By the way, the Watch is 3 days old! Very ironic or? Talking about new the Quality control from PErfect clones (josh). Is there any1 out that can post short video about winding techniq? Iv got this Watch: http://www.1-pc8838.com/bl10010-navitimer-...aph-p-1682.html Help is much appreciated! slickdick
Here is a manual for 7750 based watches: http://www.marvinwatches.com/uploads/tx_marvincare/ETA_7750_ENG.pdf Also in other languages: http://www.marvinwatches.com/customer-care/instructions-for-use/display/files/movement/eta-7750/ Strangly manual states: Rapid date and day correction is not possible between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m. In reality it is possible but you will destroy the date change mechanism. Inbetween 8pm, 2am simply set the time to 12am, then change the date. Edited August 23, 2010 by slickdick
b16a2
It's best not to wind the A7750 movements, start them by giving them a genle whirl in the hand. However, winding it to get it started for the first time would not be enough to break it. It sounds like it might be a faulty movement. Just check you pushed the crown all the way back in after setting the time...it might be slightly out which would stop the movement. If the crown is right against the crown get hold of Joshua and send it back for a replacement
plaifender
Good luck with this. I hope you get it working! My only question... Why did you use the word "rape" in your title?........
Member X
I have seen it used on other forums too - such as "my wallet was raped by the car insurance company", with reference to something happening forcefully against the will of the object mentioned! Or perhaps he meant to type "Have I f*ck*d my Navitimer?"?? Something might be lost in the translation!

subbiesrock
I'm assuming our friend Daniel is German, probably from the north-east quadrant ;o) it's just a saying, definitely a small culture clash with our American forum friends ;o)
