lhooq Posted September 13, 2010 Report Posted September 13, 2010 How many things are wrong with this Broad Arrow? Blurry as they are, the pictures contain conclusive proof. The description is the icing on the cake... OF LIES.
lhooq Posted September 13, 2010 Author Report Posted September 13, 2010 No takers? The second picture shows a clear caseback, which is wrong for this Broad Arrow, and a manual-wind Seagull movement, which is wronger. Endlinks (and caseback) may be missing engravings, but it's too blurry to tell. The first pic is also blurry, but clear enough to see the subdials are too far apart--see the short 3 and 9 markers. First pic also shows a box full of watches in the background, yet he chooses to sell a gift from his Dad to pay for some college bills? And my favorite part: "I dont really know what it's worth" followed by "I know it's an expensive watch from my research, so I will have a somewhat high shipping cost in order to make sure I cover the insurance for it. Thanks!" No, thank YOU!

kamber Posted September 13, 2010 Report Posted September 13, 2010 Lol very good :-) Love the watch selection in the background and the blurry pics :-) Nice find... reported, would hate anyone to shell out over $1000 for that, but i suppose they may well deserve it buying it from those dodgy pics.
