Nick2T
Hi RWG, I was about 16 years old when I fell in love at watches! Suddenly I started to notice that my father didn't wear a watch twice a week! And I liked it The curiosity started to grow and I wanted to know more about this work of art! Now I found this Forum about a year ago and I MUST say I love it here! The information and the inspiration that you can find here is unbelievable! For a year, I held me on the background because who was I to start interfering with the experts on this place! Now I chased behind my dream of being part of a elite unit in belgium! And I made it happen at a very youg age The feeling that I was serving my country even if I was constantly in danger and only 30 days home in a year, made me proud 1,5 month ago I had a accident on the job! I allready have 3 surgery's behind and I still have a long way to go. 9 months sitting home and doing nothing isn't easy for anyone but The verdict that I will never rejoin my unit, just tears me apart! But knowing that you guys will help getting me through this tough time, will make it a lil bit easier! Thank you, RWG

Toadtorrent
Wow...what a story. Yes...you will find this place to be far more than just watches...a Community in the truest sense...and Ubi above is definitely one of the cornerstones of it. Participate. Read...ask questions...share what you learn...share what you find confusing. You will find a strange level of support here that is hard to find in even the best of families. Here's to a stupid recovery, and your participation in the community.
