Admin
We've been having some problems with some invalide DNS records with one of our redundancy suppliers. Because of this, there are some payments that might not have been registered and this could potentially cause members to be downgraded, due to the fact that our software haven't registered their payments. It could also cause members who have upgraded to not be automatically upgraded. All payments have now been updated, but if you still see that your account is not upgraded or your membership is downgraded for some reason, please PM and I will look into it. Admin
@Richard This should not be a problem any more. If you still have this problem, give it another 24 hours and the message will go away.
