Cool 3714 Portuguese project.

This is a cool project made for a customer who managed to pick up this unique dial (i have one also)

The dial itself is a cool story! It´s a sample dial when IWC was trying out the Jackie Chan L E version..and there might only be a couple of these in the world.

The color of the dial is somewhat between light grey and and mole, with golden subdials and golden numerals.

I think it looks amazing and it really stands out in a crowd.

It´s now on a gen IWC dark brown croc strap which gives the combo a classic look.

Cool project, concepta! The dial is very special and it's a strange thought this exists as a franken when only so few gens have been made. There's no stopping us!

I must be honest here, i think its a great project and a nice value for the rarity but don't like the yellowish/vintage look of the subdials... I find the combination strange, maybe with a yellowish/vintaged bezel i would like it more... still i find the different colours too contrasting, but maybe that's what many people will like..

Its good that we don't have all the same taste And its nice to see a different 3714 for a change.

Keep up the good work and for the future owner... wear it well.

The vintage subdial color is what I love about this one! But the gold is not my thing..

think the subdials would look a little more at home with a white dial perhaps?

But i reckon given it's very rare real existence. there's a slight risk

too many people/observers will be only too happy to jump on it & shout REP!
