QC: PAM 288 Pics with real croc

ive just got some QC pics from a PAM 288 with real croc :-)

I^m new to Panerai and dont know the problems of these watches in detail can u have a look at it?

Has anyone else noticed how the quality of QC photos have improved in the last few months?

I'd buy it! One thing about the strap I've heard though is that if you have over 7.25in wrist the strap may be too small... So just keep that in mind if you're shelling out extra for the strap...

But looks delicious - my next purchase as well (just no strap due to the wrist size thing)

Only problem I see is that the crown does not seem to be screwing down all the way. This is a problem others have mentioned, but it's a great looking piece.

Just ordered mine too. Thought this would be a good start into the world of the Rads. I opted out of the gen strap... maybe I should reconsider, damnit.

You can fix it by shortening the stem

I dont want to start a new thread, but I`m a little bit disapointed about the lume. It glows nice and bright if charged thourgh a lamp, but its fades away very quickly. Is that normal?

If you can still read the time at 5 in the morning, it's great lume.

thats impossible, the lume is away in 5-10 Minutes...

Damn, mine stays quite bright all night.

Of course any lume will lose the original brightness of the sun in a few minutes but it still stays bright enough to read in the dark many hours later.

That is a very nice rep with an excellent imitation croc strap.

Crown seems not to be correct, same happened with my IWC BP 5004.
