Montoya RG on Carbon fiber strap

Got the AP bands carbon strap with rose gold stitching delivered yesterday and mounted it on the Montoya.

Dumb question:

How do you take off the deployant clasp and put it onto another strap? I'm seriously struggling to figure it out. I have the same one as you.
