grifter
i found gen parts on ebay and also on the net through forums like the vintage rolex forum or the rolex forum. good luck in your hunt!
bkwbkw
ebay, but you need to be careful when purchasing vintage bits now that it appears that the Chinese have taken an interest in replicating vintage parts. VRF and TRF are good for parts, and usually a bit cheaper than the bay - but like all good FS forums, the good deals go very quickly. You could also contact Steve Mulholland who usually has a pile of parts laying around his shop.

Cats
I had some good results against fair prices on gen forums. I think you should investigate that route also. Carpe Diem Cats
d-rock
Get ahold of me if you're not able to find one you like. I've got a couple Brand New gen. 315-16800-81 Luminova Black inserts still in the pack. I'd be willing to sell you one of them.
