neverworn Posted January 3, 2011 Report Share Posted January 3, 2011 hi all together, my automatic VIP update failed again and i´ve lost my vip status.. dont now what to do about this! payment was made on dez. 27. and the next day i get an email with an invoice that may auto. renewal was not paid.. when i open up this invoice in the upgrade membership section and click on pay now, it says that invoice was already paid.. man this realy sucks! i already mailed admin two times about this but no responce until now.. any idea what to do about this<? subbiesrock Posted January 4, 2011 Report Share Posted January 4, 2011 I believe it's due to the price increase for the monthly membership from 2.50 to 3 dollars. The payment made is not sufficient and the system rejects it. I never had a problem before. Just to note, I'm identifying what I think is a reason for the problems, I'm not begrudging the 50 cent increase...
