txcollector
Folks, I have been hearing all kinds of discussions about the new 111J crown and I want to put some of that to rest. I have a gen crown for the round crown tube and it's spot on. The main difference is finish. The 111J crown is a little dull but nothing a good dremel polishing can't fix. Here's the side by side. Guess which one is the gen.

krpster
Wow. Looks like they did a great job. Thanks for sharing.
babola
You gotta give it to Noob maker...their watches may not glow like a torch or have a decent A/R on the glass but some details they nailed to perfection. Their 111J makes a perfect modding base, it comes with 'good bones' so to speak.
polaris
The noob maker does better case, crown, cg and has sapphire display backs(afaik). Just the lume and AR by the Hublot factory make a bigger, much more noticable difference. I am just glad there are both makers, so we can pick and choose the best bits between them. That's a great pictorial comparison txcollector, the reps are so good now. The beveling is perfect!
