wiesn089
Hi! Does anyone know where I can find a good, accurate red 1680 meters first dial? Pictures of projects with one are also greatly appreciated. Here's a very interesting post concerning these dials. Apparently there are some "scary accurate fakes" out there... Some gen eyecandy Thanks
alligoat
It's the usual suspects type of deal- Yuki, NDTradingcorp and Jewelryandwatch: Yuki didn't have anything, NDT had a color change which looks decent http://ndtradingcorp.com/zen/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2&products_id=104 and I didn't get to J&W Ingod44 on ebay shows up from time to time- haven't seen him recently And another dealer in HCMC, Viet Nam has it also http://www.vintagewatchesmq.com/enlarger.php?id=
wiesn089
Thanks alligoat for your input! I Played around a little bit with photoshopto compare the Ingod44 dial with one from Minh Quy. I photoshoped them into a picture of gens from the article above in order to get a feel how they would look installed on a watch. Here's the result, which one do you guys like better? MQ (left) vs. Ingod44 (right) vs. Here are the different gen dial versions for comparison: MQ "installed": Ingod44 "installed": I'm not quite sure. Both have their flaws, I like the coronet on MQ's but the red writing is too far from the depth rating. Ingod's coronet and Rolex font bothers me, then again the bottom parts looks more accurate to me...

Jewelry And Watch only shows Feet first Red Sub dials.

wiesn089
I came to the conclusion that PT's 1680 mf dial is the most accurate one. His case on the other hand is flawed and I seriously doubt his dial will fit an MBW. If you don't want to spend tons of cash and can live with its flaws, PT's MF 1680 is the way to go imo.
