subbiesrock
Pabler, not sure if it's the angle, but it seems like your slide rule lines go all the way to the dial? You'll notice the others stop short... Just wondering if it's a different source to what the Cartel has available?
wimpie007
Nice nice! Here mine: With chief AR ;-)

totalwise
i like fancy watches, but this is way too big. I have word fiddy, and graham chronomaster, both are "big" watches, but they're shaped in a way that it feels and looks a lot smaller than it actually is. This watch seems to be wide and slim, and looks huge. I'm not sure if these measurement markets on the rotating bezel are actually off any use to a modern day pilot/mariner as they are probably more likely to use electronic devices than use the bezel. Dont let the maxro shots fool you. It's only 43mm, my SA's are way bigger ;-)
pabler
I find it small......
subbiesrock
Yours? That's my hairy arm I wear a SEAD PAM 111h Ultimate as a daily wearer (love the simplicity, lume, big numbers), but I pop on the Legende when I'm doing business. No one messes around when you strap a 48.5mm monster on your wrist. Funny how the human psyche works

Nanuq
Thanks gents, it was given to me by my buddy that died a year ago. His uncle flew with it for decades, it's an AOPA Gigandet and I've never seen another one like it.
vafarmer70
Going to pull out my AOPA mags, and see if there is mention in some of the ancient ones.
