magagne
I'm ready to pull the trigger on a white explorerII. At PureTime, photo tell that indices are in correct color, that is black ( and not grey like TrustyTime or Perfectclones) . Somebody who bought it from PureTime recently can confirm they are effectivly black. Or recommendation where I can buy one with correct indices/hands color. Thanks. LeSentier
good question, also interested in this
Ronin
FYI, the correct color is gunmetal / charcoal. So BLACK is wrong, and too light of grey is wrong. GEN In direct sunlight they look more grey. It still baffles me how in the Rolex REP world we can not get good White EXP II's & 14060's... magagne
Thanks Ronin for this precision. If you ask me to choose a rep between the too "light grey" or the too black (and not gun metal) I'll choose all the way the "too black" version. For me the "light grey" is a total turn off for me
Ronin
agreed
By-Tor
Yeah... whatever is qualified as "black"... but it's safe to say that the gen dial markers are more black than grey.
dluddy
Agreed, more black than grey but haven't seen a rep dial that got it right yet. Here is my Franken with Gen Dial for comparison - not quite as good a snap as BT
