omni
In my quest for the hottest extreme food experience, I must admit, this is teetering at the edge of the cliff for me personally. At least natural Bhut Jolokia sauces still retains personality with a residual roast pepper flavor; whereas, even though they are using natural peppers for extraction, these pure capsaicin extracts have no flavor, no soul, and only burn for the sake of burn. I'll probably stop the Scoville Scale climb now. I'm amazed that there are even hotter sauces & pure crystals (LINK LIST) up to the top of the Scoville Scale of 16 M units now available as makers challenge each other but, instructions are to use as an additive to make sauces (in other words.... dilute, e.g. 1 drop to 30 quarts), so really its pointless. I'd say in these pure extract forms, undiluted, it would render any food inedible with dubious bragging rights.
KB
Alternatively you can slice up a few Ghost chilli's (wear gloves) and add them to your dish. Well you could but it would not be wise. Ken
