nwolf1716
I just received a rep watch and the hour hand seems to move to quickly. I have to set it back an entire hour at least twice a day, however the minute hand is never off. The hour hand even moves to quickly when just setting the time. The watch is fully wound. Is there anything i should do, or would i have to take in to be serviced? And if it does need to be serviced, can any watch repair store do it? Thanks a lot guys! Jkay
You have not told us what watch it is, so we can at least guess which movement we are trying to advise you on.

freddy333
It sounds like the hour hand may be loose, but the only way to find out is to remove the movement from the case & check the hand. If you just received the watch (with the past week), I would start by contacting the seller & asking his advice.
urbanshogun
not to be that guy, but for future reference hour hands move too fast; trains move to their destination.
