dbutlerman
I'd been considering buying a macro lens for my Nikon for some time, I think I am going to pass after trying this. I just took a 3.5x watch Loupe and held it against the iPhone 4 lens and viola, instant macro lens. I think I am going to be ordering some higher powered loupes to try this out. The Tools: No Macro (This is as close as I could get with out the loupe - and it's still a little blurry) Holding the Loupe to the iPhone lens:

projectologist
iPhone, no loupe, just a little "tripod" and good lighting. I like the loupe idea... going to give it a try this week!
woof*
With a loupe on my, 3gs I get the port view. I have my loupe flat against the phone and taped. I'm using the same type of black plastic loupe, but 4x. On your 4 it works perfect. I wonder what the deal is? Maybe it 3 verses 4? I just preordered the 4gs and it will be here next week. Flip the loupe around - open end away from the iPhone...should solve your problem! Just get one of these The iPhone SLR Mount Kit That's awesome! dannyboy
Has anyone ever tired the Olloclip? I was thinking about getting one for my iPhone and they seem to received good ratings on the web.
redwatch
I was wondering the same thing. Seems like a pretty slick little adapter.
cyphion
I got the Kodak 3 lens adapter that is usually used for their little hand camcorders and attached it to my phone. Here were the results. I am pretty happy with it for $10. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk
