Could the package have stalled in the mail system?

I, for one, find it most annoying how some sellers will immediately answer PM's until after the sale. Then all of a sudden they no longer have time.

With that being said, I have found Canadian mail to the US to be very slow. Sometimes up to 3 weeks. Maybe it's just the Canadian way of doing things, eh! Give it another week before you panic.

Relax...

It usually takes between 5 to 10 business days for parcels to reach an US location from Canada...Website will not be updated until the package arrived at your local PO on the day of delivery...

I agree,unless the person Is out of town with out access to the Internet. Not to respond to a buyer/seller message(s) Is bad form and bad business.

PER SELLER- it was shipped from the US- NOT FROM CANADA. And- I'm relaxed- just curious why zero communication.

But once it hits Canadian post, then that is where the delays could be occurring... They may be zero communications for all sorts of reasons, but primarily, it could simply be that they have nothing to tell you, so are remaining quiet. I admit, it would be more courteous to give a token explanation of 'Canadian post is notorious for delays', but that's just how some folks are

Your tracking number should give you a clue as to where it was sent from. Try tracking it at www.canadapost.ca

If I have some trip on my mind and I am in the middle of some deal, I will inform buyer that I will be not answering during 3-4 days etc. I it small and NORMAL thing to do.

I will probably not inform if already is sent to buyer tracking nr ( and it is working tracking also)

Do you have tracking nr?

If you call Canada post and give the tracking number you can get them to open a service request and then they will look into it internally and contact any foreign postal services that they need to in order to find out exactly where it is and what's going on.
