Looks good. A smaller crown would definitely help, and it wouldn't hurt to square up the inside edges of those crown guards a little.

if you are fitting a new crown and tube it may be worth taking a little off the crown seat to make the crown guards look a little bigger

The crystal should sit a lot lower because the date mag is way to big.
