Not read this thread through so I apologise if this takes things off topic but I'm a big steak man (always with a nice cheeky red of course)

I am an expert at cooking them too even though I say it myself!

KOBE beef? Worth the hype and £€$¥?

I've been flirting with buying some welsh wagyu that is reared on daily beer in clover fields and massaged (ocasionaly) sounds like a truly wonderful life.

A nice rare fillet or ribeye takes some beating so how can this stuff be better??
