KOBE beef? Worth the hype and £€$¥? I've been flirting with buying some welsh wagyu that is reared on daily beer in clover fields and massaged (ocasionaly) sounds like a truly wonderful life. A nice rare fillet or ribeye takes some beating so how can this stuff be better??
