irolexu Posted October 15, 2011 Report Posted October 15, 2011 I have a TW sub and want to put the correct band on it. What is the best way to do this? I know I have to keep the SELs and the clasp so how do I achieve a band with correct hollow links and all that good stuff?
alligoat Posted October 15, 2011 Report Posted October 15, 2011 Get a noobmariner bracelet and use the hollow mid links. Throw the clasp and SELs away.
perry563 Posted October 15, 2011 Report Posted October 15, 2011 Problem is how do you remove one set of end links and add another? There is a tutorial concerning this but it's not for just anyone to do.....not easy!
giobo Posted October 15, 2011 Report Posted October 15, 2011 I wouldn't do it..If you are ok with the end links this is fine..The tw bracelet is really substancial and nice brushed..Also really good finish and weight...I think the noob bracelet looks cheap compared with the tw...
seafoam Posted October 15, 2011 Report Posted October 15, 2011 Or you could just go Nato!!! (not my photo) hosting images
highoeyazmuhudee Posted October 16, 2011 Report Posted October 16, 2011 wish i didnt sell my noobmariner bracelets, i now regret that.
tabularasa415 Posted October 17, 2011 Report Posted October 17, 2011 I feel you! I have a noobmariner on the way now just for the bracelet (why pay $70 + shipping for the bracelet when you can buy the whole watch for $118 and free shipping?)
giobo Posted October 19, 2011 Report Posted October 19, 2011 Guys why do you do this??Only for the mid links?Or you think sel fit and lugs length are wrong?? Because the looks , weight and finish of the tw bracelet are spot on..!!
