praetor Posted October 19, 2011 Report Share Posted October 19, 2011 (edited) I've heard a method to tell gen crystals. Look at the bottom edge of the crystal. If you can see the layers of the crystal with the naked eye (you'd have to contrast this against the light) then it's not gen because rep crystals are usually layered much less than a genuine one, which appears quite smooth Edited October 19, 2011 by praetor Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
