Would it be possible to swap out the the bezel on my cal 1520 Air-King with one from a Tudor Mini Sub? Dial? I just think it would be neat to have a no guard mini sub. Ideas?

Your best bet will be building a 5504 Explorer w/ the Air King case. Yuki has the dials, maybe others.

Haven't the rep mfrs made a Tudor mini-sub? Seems like I've seen it before...

No the Tudor Mini Sub is 33mm. The Lady Sub is 27mm. Here is a list of all of the Tudor subs sans the Lady Sub. As you can see below there were 4 different case sizes. The standard 40mm, the 35mm reduced called a Midi (and yes that is spelled correctly), the 33mm Mini Sub, and the 27mm Lady Sub.
