if it was a sub case the crown would be lost in the crown guard gap (although they look a bit long) and the bezel teeth would be different, a side on shot would tell us more

It does look to me and from the top the look too thin

It's close, but the teeth and crown/crown guards are different and the bezel insert looks like a gmt master/explorer 2 thing
