bigjule111
Hello fellas. I'm wondering if I can fit a silver date disk from wso or a gen one on a 2836 movement. I'm aware that it moves in the backward position. My question are would it fit? Also the numbers wouldn't b backwards or upside down? Lol They would look correct? Hate having sum numbers centered and sum way of to the right. This way they all b centered if possible if i can use wso or gen disk. Cheers George
cjjoyce1
Simple answer is no. And having the date centered is a matter of having the DWO properly aligned over the datewheel. Slow drying white glue, and trial and error patience is all it takes.

stillincontrol
DWO is that when you; copy, print on high grade paper, cut out, and glue on to the DW?. LZ
jmb
Most DWO are made out of mylar or a very thin stainless steel substrate.
Rolexaddict
WARNING WITH AFTERMARKET OR GEN DWO FOR 5512/13/14, 1675/16750, 1665, 1680... DW numbers on all old Rolex movements are reversed. On ETA and Asian movements DW turn clockwise, on old Rolex movements it turns opposite.
mymanmatt
One problem I found using the gen calender disc, It will drag under the dial, because it is thicker than the aftermarket overlay. Hope this helps
