msp Posted April 2, 2012 Report Posted April 2, 2012 Quite new to IWC... Is it possible to fit a gen dial in a Portuguese? Talkin about the 7day PR model
Rolexman Posted April 2, 2012 Report Posted April 2, 2012 .... Nope. Then you need a 7 day pr movement too! And the 7 d rep is based on a 21j chinese movement so you will have a hard time fitting a gen movement in there.

tomhorn Posted April 3, 2012 Report Posted April 3, 2012 (edited) doesn't really matter. The original reply was correct. Subdial spacing on the rep is way off, so you'd have to find a genuine movement to match the dial, and it won't fit in the rep case. Can be done on the Chrono, but not the seven days. What Portuguese? Pictures please Seven Days Power Reserve http://puretimewatch...whiteblue-dial/ Edited April 3, 2012 by tomhorn
