This is normal, mate. "Handed over to customs" doesn't mean they're actually investigating it... the next status will be "Released from customs" if it doesn't arrive before that.

the last time i saw that it was taken by customs normally it goes to customs first then the sorting office in the uk most times im still sure they will release it there just teasing me just now lol
