Depends on where it is really and the theme of it. I personally would go with a blue linen suit with brown shoes brown belt. A good place to try is indochino.com if you are up for new things. Custom made suits for an amazing price. I ordered a suit from there a month ago and the quality and fit is superb.

Ditch the tie and swap that pocket square for a colour similar to that tie (navy blue).

it kind of depends on where you live and your age.

Summer in Finland would be very different than Florida. Wearing styles designed for 20 yo when you are in your 40's 50's doesn't go well either.
