Mike on a bike
Valinfrance just go to top of the page here in the future "links" then find dealer web sites go on each till you find one that you are comfortable with. They are not perfect but they are not crooks, they do there best to give you what you order as represented in my experience. Patience is needed and some cultural differences might get you aggravated but they will not scam you. As far as getting your money back well I think you know the answer (can't hurt to try), maybe ask them what they do have. You never know something is better than nothing. Mike on a bike
Your UK right, yes cultural differences will be there. I am conus I would think we are the worst to deal with from a dealer stand point. Americans want it now, with a smile and just what we ordered. In our defense that is how we are treated here as customers so we expect it. The rep world is different I am still adjusting my expectations. Valinfrance
Thanks for the replies so far all info gladly received,Just some interesting fact I have been told if you use a debit card if it has the visa logo you can get a chargeback as in their T&C so next step I have to write to my debit card provider and request this action so here goes

Jkay
If you used a personal banking debit card on a site which has turned out to be a scam .. after you receive the charge-back, tell your Bank you have lost your card! They will send you a new card with a new number. Why trust your bank debit card number with a scammer in China?

Valinfrance
Well asked for a refund and AAARelica said it would be done so waited and after 10 days and promises every day it had been refunded I just phoned my bank and asked them to charge back the money and hey presto it arrived in my account in 24 hrs. All they said at the bank is if the seller provides proof of a delivery they will take the money back so thats not happening and I am happy
