Jkay Posted June 17, 2012 Report Posted June 17, 2012 Funny; when the original green MG came out, the factory used that "green gasket" trick to simulate the green ring. People complained it was a cheap trick, so they stopped and used green sapphire crystals. It just shows that you can't please everyone, and some folks really like the way a green gasket makes the watch appear.
