Currently: -The movement is undergoing a full cleaning and service -Refurbishing of the case and case back -Polisihg, repainting and luming hands (the small hands and chrono second are supposed to be orange (was wrongly painted by a hack watchmaker) -Refurbish dial and reluming (the dial is actually black )
redwatch Posted July 16, 2012 Report Posted July 16, 2012 Awesome!! Good thing you know where all those little parts go!! I can take apart a 6497 ok and part of a 2836/2824 and manage to get it back together and working. I cannot even imagine tackling a Valjoux movement like that one! Looking forward to seeing this progress.
