DamonHorse
I'm untested to know how good the 177 is and if there's two version from noob and H-fax or just the one. Any info appreciated. Thanks
gianton
Both makers have released one, I think Noob's is better (better sharp CG, more recessed dial, better printing on dial with no low As). Check mine here: )!
Rwolf
I prefer the H factory V2 caseset... the lugs of the Noob version are incorrect. I dont know if Noob updated the crown guard. The first batch was horrible. IMHO ther best titanium CG is mounted on the H factory Pam 240.
gianton
PAM240 from H-fac has a nice CG if you don't mind the round corners at the edges.
DamonHorse
Thanks for your input here and ginaton your noob does look pretty special! It's so difficult to know which is best as this and the H fac ones both look pretty good to my eyes! But noob to tend to be better in general so perhaps this is the way to go for me! noobinstein
I ordered one that is on its way (noob). Post pictures when I receive it. I got it from Angus and amazing experience so far, it was so quick and nice communication.
sRD_STi
Great! If I could do it again I would get a Noob. But, I'm very happy with my H factory.
DamonHorse
I'd love to see the pics of your noob noobinstein. I'm a bit torn because I have always used Trusty and he doesn't do Noobs one - so do I go dealer I know or brand i think is better? Look forward to those pics. noobinstein
Yeah still waiting shipped on Aug 19th :-) I just cant say enough of how smooth my transaction was from Angus. I have used Josh twice before both were not so good but the last purchase made me never want to buy from him again. Just plain rude; send a watch with very very obvious defects and "claimed" to send QC pictures I have NEVER received. I will not buy from Josh perfect clones www.1-pc8838.com
noobinstein
Just received my 177 from Angus, charging my camera to take some pics as iphone doesn't do justice. However there is a flaw on CG that is bugging the hell out of me. I hope senior members can offer me some help to fix it. Talking to SteveO to order a few pairs of straps for it too. Pictures coming
DamonHorse
What's the flaw on the Noob one then Noobinstein?

noobinstein
I cant seem to upload images but here are the urls showing the flaw on the CG pin where the hole is bigger then the pin. I didnt realize it was hard to take these pictures :-) I need to retake them when the straps arrive in abetter lighting conditions http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/542/dsc0022f.jpg/ http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/845/dsc0023br.jpg/ http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/40/dsc0021qw.jpg/

bumroxas
you just have to push it in man...that cg looks ok from that view. heres my h fact
noobinstein
Reply I know in picture it looks like a shadow of pin that is extruding but its not. Actual hole is bigger then the pin and hole is not properly round. Thats what is looking like a shadow. :-( I have contacted puretime they are going to talk to Angus and get back to me. Hopefully he can send me a new CG with another purchase then I can send back the one I have to them. Fingers crossed.
DamonHorse
Little thikngs like that will drive you mad and most likely no one else will ever notice but it's got to be right! I'm sure you'll get it sorted!
noobinstein
Here is better pictures showing the defect. Someone from puretime.co (Angus's TD website) is helping me out to see if we can resolve this. I hope it works out. Will post further review here about puretime. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/708/cg2c.jpg/ http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/843/cg1j.jpg/ http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/687/cg3n.png/ Still cant post images (via links or upload). Who do I need to ask to receive the privilege to upload or insert images? Thank you. Could someone insert the images for me :-)

noobinstein
I highly recommend Angus's site they have been very quick to respond when I purchased the watch. http://puretime.co/ I did have a obvious flaw but I am sure he will take care of it. I do NOT recommend Joshua at Perfect Clones www.1-pc8838.com He had been rude, has terrible customer service.
Leecar1980
Thanks chaps, I'll give Angus a try and see what he is like. What sort of money are we taking just out of interest?
