sneed12 Posted September 6, 2012 Report Posted September 6, 2012 Just pics--I had an hour to kill between conference calls today And one of a Sub, just for grins
cyphion Posted September 6, 2012 Report Posted September 6, 2012 Sneed, you're killing me with these GMT pics. They are drool worthy. Nice Walther by the way
mjmj Posted September 6, 2012 Report Posted September 6, 2012 They are a set of fine beauties. Very nice indeed..
w33m4n Posted September 6, 2012 Report Posted September 6, 2012 That first one needs a new date wheel...
sneed12 Posted September 6, 2012 Author Report Posted September 6, 2012 That first one needs a new date wheel... What's wrong with it?
tmg Posted September 6, 2012 Report Posted September 6, 2012 Nice trio Sneed, now you're making me miss my stainless PPKS!
w33m4n Posted September 6, 2012 Report Posted September 6, 2012 What's wrong with it? Correct me if I'm wrong but the 6 shouldnt be open. It should be fully closed like on your gmt ii ceramic
Monito1975 Posted September 6, 2012 Report Posted September 6, 2012 I think the 6 should be open on that one
jtiis Posted September 6, 2012 Report Posted September 6, 2012 Nice Rep Walther too. Think you need to thin the safety just a hair though.
vilius69 Posted September 6, 2012 Report Posted September 6, 2012 Walther is NOTHING compared to GMT's ! The first one makes me salivate
sneed12 Posted September 6, 2012 Author Report Posted September 6, 2012 Correct me if I'm wrong but the 6 shouldnt be open. It should be fully closed like on your gmt ii ceramic There are 1675s with open 6/9 with and without flattop 3's, and both white and silver datewheels. Depends on what got replaced when during which service in what RSC. I picked this datewheel because I like it. Same reason the dial has superlume, even though it's marked T<25 and "shouldn't" glow anymore (a few of the earliest Luminova dials had the Swiss T marking).
