nathanryder
Hi, after scouring this site and reading many reviews, Angus is a trusted Guy, not that this helps you and your missing piece but am sure you will get piece given the feedback about Angus on here, Nathan
Jkppers
Thats why i choose him in the first place. His first and only reply to this matter suggest something else though.
nathanryder
Have faith my friend, the other info i have learnt is that time can be an issue sometimes (pardon the pun) with certain sellers given that they are on a differnt frequency to the normal, what was the missing piece and what was the piece recieved (was it of top quality)? Jkppers
Yes quality was fine, as has been with all my orders with puretime so far.
watcher
He seems to have become very slow these days! Not dealt with angus for a while. I paid for my order 9 days ago and still no further info other than payment confirmation 5 days ago! Patience is needed with the dealers now more than before! seafoam
It'll get sorted out. Just be patient brutha. Also, admin/mods are not here for resolution with TD's. Just FYI.
Legend
Recently, there seemed to be an overall slowdown in response by the TDs. I am sure the issue is not with Angus per se, but problems and bottlenecks in the supply chain. Be patient though, the issue will get sorted out. freddy333
Sellers listed on RWG, like everyone else, have offline lives &, sometimes, other matters may temporarily divert their attention. As always, if there is a problem, send the seller 1 or 2 (polite) emails describing the problem & give them at least 2 weeks to respond. If, after 2 weeks, you receive no response, then take your complaints public (preferably, in the seller's own section, so they will see it).
