cc33
There is a tiny sliver of metal that makes it click, look around where you removed the bezel it looks like a bent little metal wire, tiny. It fits into a tiny hole in your case and puts tension on the inner bezel where the groves are. If its not there it will turn freely with no clicks. If you can't find it I'm sure someone here has one to give you.
praetor
when I was fiddling with my wm9, I lost this thing more than once but luckily managed to recover it.it's so tiny and most likely will fly off when you take off the bezel. That's why I always take off the bezel inside a ziplock bag. Edited September 28, 2012 by praetor

Guest idraw
Thanks guys. Found the pin, but still not clicking. Any advice? It is pin, washer, and then bezel, right?
gavidoc
Washer pin bezel. Can be tricky to get it to work with the insert in.
