fendushi Posted December 13, 2012 Report Posted December 13, 2012 This is fairly old buddy! Well... I haven't' seen it. Thanks for posting GMTlover.
gmtlover Posted December 13, 2012 Author Report Posted December 13, 2012 Well if it's very old, then see it as a reminder;-) and a new one for The guys who haven't seen it.. Just trying to contribute to this great forum!
StormTooper4 Posted December 14, 2012 Report Posted December 14, 2012 It just shows how little human effort is need to make these , our replicas are probably more "Hand made" than the gens . Oh the Irony 1
FxrAndy Posted December 14, 2012 Report Posted December 14, 2012 There is probably a lot of truth in that statement 1
Archetypal Posted December 14, 2012 Report Posted December 14, 2012 A lot of truth, and an age old argument resurfacing regarding labour applied verses labour paid for - worked out in end RRP point. Both ways, gen or rep, watches are never fair game, someone involved in the process gets a bum deal.

martijnp Posted December 15, 2012 Report Posted December 15, 2012 This is very cool to see, thanks for sharing. I never heard of Panarai before I've registered to this forum. Now the next rep I'm going to buy is going to be a Panarai
Jkay Posted December 15, 2012 Report Posted December 15, 2012 I'm going to say this because it's not intuitive for new people: Officine Panerai was not originally designed to be a "world brand" so it's name is not made for people all over the world to easily pronounce; think of Sony and Rolex, for instance. It's pronounced off eh CHEE nay pah nair EYE with the capital letters meaning the syllable you stress. So not "pah NAIR ay".
