CptTripps Posted June 6, 2013 Report Posted June 6, 2013 NOBODY will look at your watch with a loupe, and that's the only way you'd be able to tell the difference on your wrist. The NOOB-J is clearly superior...and worth the $ in my opinion.
Bidle Posted June 6, 2013 Report Posted June 6, 2013 NOBODY will look at your watch with a loupe, and that's the only way you'd be able to tell the difference on your wrist. The NOOB-J is clearly superior...and worth the $ in my opinion. That's not the point. I'm just stating the examples in the quote aren't that accurate. Therefore obviously you are right!

dannesyd Posted December 30, 2013 Report Posted December 30, 2013 Mine is on its way from toro with EMS. Is his stock already empty? I ordered the noob version.
subaruski Posted December 30, 2013 Report Posted December 30, 2013 As of this last weekend he was out of stock. What is EMS? Mine is on its way from toro with EMS. Is his stock already empty? I ordered the noob version.
dannesyd Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 EMS is the shippingcompany. Mine arrived today from Toro. Noob version Crazy good lume on this watch! 1
Uberscreamer Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 Loving that 292, dannesyd! The Noob is the way to go with that model, for sure. This is one of those models that I keep wanting to grab up, but other PAMs keep bumping it out of the way simply because I do not have any other 26mm straps to swap out but have plenty of 24mm ones to trade amongst the rest. 1st world problems...
nlnlnlnene Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 Does anyone still sell the noob version?
dannesyd Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 Does anyone still sell the noob version?I think Toro still has it. He had it 2 weeks ago atleast when i ordered mine. Send him an email and ask

subaruski Posted January 17, 2014 Report Posted January 17, 2014 (edited) So what's the final break down here? Noob -better case -larger crown (is this true to gen) -matte dial true to gen H-Fac -better pig logo? -smaller crown Which crown is pvd and which is ceramic? If i wanted to fraken the H-fac with the Noob which parts would I want to take from each? Assuming this is even possible. Edited January 17, 2014 by subaruski
dannesyd Posted January 17, 2014 Report Posted January 17, 2014 Noob has ceramic crown if im not misstaking.
subaruski Posted January 23, 2014 Report Posted January 23, 2014 Any more input on this? If i wanted to fraken the H-fac with the Noob which parts would I want to take from each? Assuming this is even possible.
pdnb Posted January 27, 2014 Report Posted January 27, 2014 I think h factory N dial; rest noob; but I am no expert... This is under the philosophy that it is hard for the factories to do the pig
