Hermes belt in orange

Recommended Posts

I recently bought 2 Hermes belts from KB, a dark brown/black combination and a black/orange combination both with brushed palladium finish.

I've worn the brown/black combination with my work attire which consists of business shirt and suit. I match my belt with my shoes and sometimes my watch as well.

My problem is how to pull off the orange belt? Already the "H" is quite blingy compared to my LV belts, the orange seems to me to draw even more attention. I could obviously reverse it and use the black side but it would be cool to be able to use the orange without looking trashy. Perhaps it's a casual wear only.

Thoughts?

Thanks for the responses. I actually thought it was more tan than orange when I bought it online (must be a little colour blind). So I had intended to go with a grey suit and tan belt (H belt) with tan shoes.

I'm wearing it with blue shirt and dark blue jeans (with orangy stitching). It works.

Organe is easy to pull off;

Very dark jeans, straight cut (I have pair by Dunhill), dark blue top (something from John Smedley), and some brown loafers (tods) and the belt will offset it all. Will look great - I have the same outfit but with a red belt - gets compliments all the time!
