Vintage Seamaster 300 Rep?

I did a search, but there wasn't much info regarding the Vintage Seamaster 300 reps I've been considering (that I know of).

I've been looking at these specifically from Trusty. Anybody actually have one? Is something better on the market that I'm missing?</p>

Beautiful builds, wow! I hope one day, when my knowledge is much better, to attempt a build. Currently, I just try to find the best rep I can and stick with it.

I have the one in your first link.

The seconds hand needs to be replaced with a white one.  The gen is white.

I've been told that the bezel insert for the gen is luminous and some numbers are actually yellow.  I've also been told that the bezel insert has a plastic coating ontop of it.  I've also seen gens that have neither the yellow or plastic insert over it.  The gen has a 19,8 bph, so no need to get the high beat movement.  The big triangle dial is more rare than the trapezoid markers, hence the latter is more popular.

I just got this one in the mail today. Bought it used off another forum. I give it about a 7/10 for accuracy, but it will hold me over until the right fraken/super rep comes along. I'm going to send it off to a buddy for some light aging. Will post more pics when it's finished.

Also, there's what look like some water marks and a fleck of something on the inside of the crystal. Kind of annoying as it was described as "mint". That will be taken care of when it's disassembled for aging.
