Will this V72 work in 6263?

That's a V7733 movement so not a movement you are looking for

No, you need a V72- Valjoux 72. 7750 is a different and later movement.

Try ebay and search valjoux 72

And not all V 72s fit a 6263 or other Daytona case.

This Heuer on the left has plates that are too big and the V72 movement wouldn't fit in the 6239 case
