hey guys, check this out. Sent a PAM to PC for warranty re fallen off crown on 22 Jan. Still no joy with repairs or any proposed date to get it fixed. PC saying there are problems with NOOB dealing with returns etc. Wondering if that is a write off for me. Any input or similar experience? Cheers

just used it sparingly (PAM251) if I remeber correctly. All I'm wanting to hear from TD is something like "tough luck, mate. It's gone", followed by a special deal to rectify the issue. Instead i'm getting "I'll chase it up, up and up". with warranty thing... PC was good enough on couple occasions fixing things in timely manner, throwing packages across the sea back and forth. Now i got that steel bracelet which doesnt fit other PAMs.

As mentioned in many of the various threads in these forums, when it comes to something simple like this, in your case a crown, never send back your watch to China, it will take months, so you should always try and source someone locally to fix it for you.
