ck5533
My wife is asking me to get her a watch with quartz movement as all ladies hate to manually adjust the time & date regularly. After thorough research and bought a quartz movement (with all the same measurements as eta 2824) for my spare 15200 Rolex case. Only the second hand needs to be broached if you need to use them. The watch looks beautiful and light. UNFORTUNATELY, the DWO is turning clockwise, meaning the date is running backward!! BTW, the watch is fitted with TC DWO, gen dial and clarks hands. All I need is DWO printed with clockwise running number and the problem will be solved. All DWO we have seen so far are meant for auto movement and I never seen one with clockwise running numbers. If you know anyone can produce this, please let me know. Thanks for looking. ck
tomhorn
The TC DWO moves clockwise (next date comes from the top of the window). If you need a DWO that goes the other way (next date comes from the bottom of the window), then you need an overlay designed for the 3035 movement. WSO on the Bay sells plenty of date wheels for various movements that will work. You might have to sand one down to use as an overlay.
ck5533
Very true. Why didn't I think about using 3035 date wheel since the dial is originally from 3135 movement. Thanks for the tips. I really like this place.
