New Omega SMP Chrono Diver Versions!

I was browsing in the Omega watch site (As always LOL) and I noticed there's a new SMP Chrono Diver version (heads up hardcore SMP Chrono Divers co-fans!) there are two sizes now a 41.5mm version and a 44mm version.

I posted a while back the Emirates Team New Zealand Limited Edition earlier on-

 

 

Maybe they heard or even stole our ideas just kidding! here it is enjoy!

and an Abyss look a like variant too?

 

But this will not stop my pursuit of building a franken-now-oldschool smp chrono diver 2225.80.00

Yeah this is a v1 probably the v2 will have raised logo and other stuffs in the dial maybe haha

The yellow one looks like a rep look at the weird He valve shape. However if they make a rep I will get it to pair with my yellow abyss.

They are not too bad, but can't help think they are a bit all over the place. Some of the dials are far too cluttered/busy and they can't make up their mind if they are using painted or raised logos now? Seems both, and then they make the omega logo smaller to fit in all the additional shiite on the dial The older versions are cleaner and less busy and more balanced looking. Still I wouldn't say no to one of those new additions.

 

+1 on that wierd He valve, it's taking them away they should be, not making them bigger!

Not too crazy about the other colors but this looks quite nice.

 

 

Not as nice as the original though.

 

Omega makes too many variations and "special editions". They only cheapen the brand. Just imho.

     Saw this the other day, thank you Omega for developing the SMP chrono! BUT.... I still love the 'wave' dial more.. AND seriously no ceramic dial? Or is my eyesight bad? They don't say ceramic dial on the omega site. That would be a HUGE mistake!
