Nanuq
You know, that crown once dropped can never be used on a watch. Its ... ummmmmmmmmm ... chrominess has now been compromised and you will never be able to trust it. Once can never tell when drastic chrominess may be required and the piece may fail without warning. I hereby volunteer to dispose of it for you. I promise to give it a comfortable and respectful resting place.
SSTEEL
I recently lost a pearl from a gen Rolex insert. It pinged out of the bezel insert whilst fitting, took me two bloody hors to find it. Considering investing in a watchmakers metal detector. dropbear2008
Tried to keep it low key as it had fallen under my desk at work... Still got funky after a while when I crawled under the desk to find it.
