Converting a 3135 clone movement to a GMT

I got a PM from one of our most respected members a couple of days ago, suggesting using a 3135 ( yuki or other 3135) as the base for a CHS movement for a GMT II C. My question is, has anyone ever done this, thought about doing it, or is it even feasible to attempt this? I know nothing about the gen movements in the GMTIIC, so no idea as to what is added to the base 3135 to convert it to a GMT with a settable hour hand. What are your thoughts on this? If this were possible, it would allow the use of gen hands. Since gen bezels and dials are available, this would be the most gen like IIC possible.

Thanks Matt, I was just throwing this out for opinions. Not sure that it would even be possible, and if it could be done who knows what the reliability factor would be, the cost, or if the final product would even fit in the case and be usable.
