markiemark
Usually I would post this in the WTB section, but I'm still on the fence of buying my very first Rolex. A TC Sub that is. And I would like to do a little research, prior buying, on how hard it is to get hold of a gen LN insert. So could you guys tell me how hard it is to get hold of new/unused gen LN insert? Or PM me if you have one… Thanks!

NOS inserts are harder to come by but there are plenty of used ones in very good to excellent condition out there at very reasonable prices You could also try TRF but obviously dont mention that its for a replica !! docthor
It's pretty easy to get a new gen LN insert...just go and ask Omega or Alberto they have some once in a while...but...if you're about to buy a TC then I'd say give his LN insert a try. I don't have one myself yet but from what I read from the other guys who already have one it's an amazing insert and seems to be as good as gen
911flyer
TRF has tons, and you can get NOS there too. Expect $230-275 for one.Sent from my sub using Helium
Max_JCW
The best bet is to know someone who owns a genuine Submariner because the inserts sell for 45€ (that's what I Pay here in Germany at an AD). The prices for these inserts in NOS condition are crazy. If you don't know someone you could try Ebay or TCs insert.
