No one knows if he is off the internet. Has tried to contact him a couple of times the last week without luck, concerning an existing order

I have found him to take his time in answering sometimes..I think the longest was a couple of weeks but he has always got back to me eventually..

I do know that he has a few packages recently arrived in the UK, so these will be sent out this week.  I spoke with him last week about a couple of orders.  Patience is key as Thomas is only able to email once a week usually due to being extremely busy with not only building watches, but travel, and meetings with parts suppliers for up and coming TC projects also.

I had been in contact with him last week...I ordered a TC FD YM and he got back to me within a few hours...no delay at all...maybe I was lucky and ordered just at his "office time"
