Sorry to interrupt.

But you guys seem to have some experience.

I recived my Tudor BB two days ago, didn´t get any QC pics before they sent it, and when i got it - happy as a child on x-mas- it had a dead movement.

Theres no answers from PT at all, i tried to mail to different adresses but i don't get any response at all.

Anyone who got a none working watch and that can tell me how they do handle it ?

I love the TudBB and just want it running...

Since it CNY, the forum responses will center around that point, companies usually start back up by Monday. People's experience with PT has been good, you should hear back from Angus. You should be able to send it back to PT to have it repaired. Otherwise a watchsmith may be able to find some simple reason it stopped, like a loose screw that fell into the movement, etc.

I usually get QC pictures before they ship it out. Thats not something you'd be able to tell in the pictures anyways, probably happened in transit. The reason why you're not getting any replies now is because everyone is off until Monday. If you're in CONUS you should get a reply Sunday evening.

edit: and the fact that you didn't received QC pics is probably just an oversight because it was so close to to CNY. I wouldn't risk paying money to ship it back and then perhaps pay money again to have it shipped back to you. Better off just getting it looked at locally. Good luck.
