tomhorn
Depends on where you are. Mymanmatt is widely regarded as the go-to guy for DateJust builds (a little searching would have revealed that). PBdad built mine and did a great job. Both are US based. panerai153
I can't say enough good things about Matt, he has worked on a bunch of watches for me, and the results have always exceeded my expectations. He is definitely the Rolex guy to go to here in the USA, especially watches like DJ,s and D/D's, but he works on them all.
cjjoyce1
Honestly depending on the level you are going for, these are the easiest builds by far. There are a few members who have links to tutorials in their signatures. If you are capable of gluing a datewheel overlay (DWO) on straight and have general assembly/disassembly skills you can build one yourself easy-squeezy. The important ingredient is the high pinion movement so the hands will clear the markers without being bent up. I've built a dozen or so over the last several years, there's nothing to it.
